I’m Jan Crowley—Realtor®, veteran, mentor, and believer that business can be both strategic and soulful.

After serving in the U.S. Army, I carried that same sense of discipline, purpose, and integrity into real estate.  After years of building, refining, and simplifying my own business, I recognized that most agents don’t need more information — they need better filters.  My work blends strategic thinking with deep respect for energy, values, and sustainability. I coach from experience, discernment, and clarity — not theory or trends. 

As founder of The Aligned Agent™, I coach agents and entrepreneurs to build aligned businesses that feel good and perform powerfully—teaching them the systems, mindset, and integrity that turn transactions into transformations.
