I'm Jan Crowley, Realtor, Army veteran, and founder of The Aligned Agent.

Licensed since 2015. VA loan expert. CSI Certified coach. I've served on the board of the Women's Council of Realtors, Anne Arundel Network. Before real estate, I served in the U.S. Army, and I brought the same discipline and directness into this business that I learned there.

After years of building, burning out, and rebuilding my own business more than once, I learned something most coaching doesn't teach: agents don't need more information. They need better filters, for what to focus on, what to let go of, and who they actually are underneath the version of success they've been chasing.
